Calls To Vendors
(General Vendor Form)
Ideal price range for vended items at this event is under $100.
Rental space is $25, all deposits will go toward a local charity organization.
Sanctuary Pittsburgh Second Saturdays will be held in the park-let across the street from Sanctuary, and space is limited. Tables will be socially distanced. Just like many terrains in Pittsburgh, the park-let is on a slight slope. We will try our best to accommodate any needs you may have. The park-let DOES NOT have electric outlets or bathrooms, but you are more than welcome to walk across the street and use Sanctuary's bathroom and WiFi. Vendors are asked to arrive at 9 AM the day of the market, with the expectation that the market will run from 10 AM to 4 PM.
As there is no cover from rain or sun, vendors are encouraged to bring a canopy for protection. Protective canopies will need to be coordinated by the Sanctuary team in order to maintain compliance with the City of Pittsburgh, and may be shared by more than one table. Please bring any tablecloths, chairs, and other items for set-up as necessary. We ask that all vendor booths and merchandise remain within the bounds of the parklet, and that vendors take steps not to obstruct the sidewalk. Smoking in the parklet and in front of the surrounding businesses is prohibited. Additionally, parking in the parking lot next to Sanctuary Pittsburgh is strictly off limits. Please utilize either the metered street parking or park on any of the surrounding side-streets.
Vendor capacity is limited. Submissions will be reviewed by the team at Sanctuary, and participating vendors will be contacted within 3-5 business days with confirmation and further details. Vendor submission forms do not guarantee automatic participation in the vendor market.
Artists interested in gallery shows may also use this form to submit their work for consideration.
