I first tried yoga in college as a “workout”. Since then, my passion for the meditative aspects of yoga has grown my practice into so much more. The mindfulness and presence of yoga keeps me grounded in my daily life.
Off the mat, I am a full time nurse. I’m married to a cool guy and we spend our free time checking out restaurants (and breweries) and hanging with our 3, very cute, dogs.
Yoga always knows what I need, and I am SO excited to share that with others.
