Cheyanne is a lifelong Pittsburgh resident, holding a bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from Carlow University. After completing her studies in 2018, she worked as a freelance social media manager for several local businesses.
In 2022, she joined Sanctuary as the studio manager. Cheyanne has recently begun her apprenticeship under shop owner Suz (Humphrey) Pittenger. She has a passion for drawing fine line florals, cartoons and pop culture, as well as neotraditional designs focused on nature and animals.

Cheyanne's interest in art began as a child drawing in front of the TV. She loved iconic characters like Kim Possible and Sailor Moon, doing her best to trace and mimic the illustrations. She continued pursuing art throughout high school and college, dabbling in sketching, ceramics, oil painting, and graphic design. It wasn't until a friend began their tattoo apprenticeship in 2020 that she decided to seriously pursue art as a career.
Since then, she has connected with many talented tattoo artists and is eager to learn as much as possible from the community.

In her free time, Cheyanne loves watching trash TV and cuddling with her cat Shadow. She served as head of the Lawrenceville Pride planning committee in June 2023 and organizes the flash events we host throughout the year. Reach out to Cheyanne if you have any questions about booking or studio polices.
